To use the Service, you must register an account using Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

The Service allows you to track investments through anonymized data processing. You may upload files for ephemeral parsing to extract transaction and holding data, which is stored securely in our database using a hashed key for anonymity.

Permitted Use: Use the Service for personal investment tracking only.
Prohibited Use: Do not use the Service for illegal activities, reverse engineering, or exceeding usage limits.

We offer a freemium model with optional paid "Gold" subscription for higher limits.

5. User Content

Any data you upload or input remains your responsibility. We process it ephemerally and store only anonymized extracts. You grant us a limited license to process and store this data as needed to provide the Service.

6. Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal purposes. Do not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
